You're not dealing with reality you're dealing with might-have-beens and what-ifs. Hence you are actually proving his point. We have beaten 2 teams that we would never beat in the same decade let alone season so something special is happening. More importantly it shows the potential. But if you're a glass-half-empty type then you're never gonna be happy - probably best to find something less volatile watch like paint drying.

It's a brilliant result Ron but if we don't sign anyone else and don't beat Newcastle or get another run of injuries then we're struggling again.
3 or 4 first players for the 15, they don't all have to be automatic starters but of enough quality and experience to do the job when needed and we'll have a good season.
Test of our ambition this next week.

As I said yesterday in response to the squad depth.
We had 6 out injured or suspended. (Valencia Zarate Carroll Jenkinson Adrian OBrien)
2 have just left last few days (Nolan Maiga)
2 more on their way out, and perhaps why they're not included. (Collins Amalfitano)
That's 40% of senior players in the club last week not making the trip to Liverpool.
10 of a potential 25 man squad, it's a brilliant result when you consider the above.
The next few days will be interesting to see if Bilic can bring in replacements and balance the squad more.

It's disgraceful that fans bask in a win when they should be moaning we didn't win the game before last.
We need to find things to get upset about, that's what "real" supporters do, you don't see us enjoying life it's supposed to be about seriousness and being angry. It's only cunts and idiots who enjoy their lives cheering victories, get real we need more miserableness it's what supporting West Ham United is supposed to be about.
